    I have the honour and privilege of writing the first note on the website about my dad. We all know he was a well liked and respected man that had many friends and was a hero to his family. I’m greatful that this annual tradition has lived on in in his remembrance and we as a community, friends and family of Bob Hamilton can give a little back every year in his memory. We miss you and wish you were still here.

    Looking forward to seeing everyone at the 3rd annual Bob Hamilton Charity golf tournament on August 29th.

    This is an event that I look forward to every year. Although I am not the greatest golfer I am still welcomed with open arms. Bob was always happy to see me and treated me like his own when I was visting in Atlanta or when he was in Toronto.

    It is a pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful charity event.

    I would like to thank everyone for their continued support. It is hard to believe that this is the 3rd annual Bob Hamilton Charity Golf tournament.
    He would be happy to know that we continued the tournament in his name.
    I had the best father anyone could ever ask for and I miss him each day. He was a simple guy and people truly liked him. A pack of smokes and few friends around and he was a happy man.
    Well I have said enough. See you guys at this year’s tournament.

    Many of night in the dead of winter Bob and I drove all over the province of Ontario watching my son Michael play in the OHL. Some nights it was an 8-12 hour trip, with the goal being to get back to Chaps for some wings and beer on the way home. We never ran out of stories or bullshit to pass the time. I dearly miss those nights but will always cherish them.

    Wow…I have looked and looked for Bob and Lesley and just now found this site, so please bear with me, its still a little overwhelming for me.
    When I met Bob and Lesley either the end of 2000 or beginning 2001 in Dallas we hit it off immediately. We had some of the very best times! I had no idea that I should have been cherishing those many great times together more than I did. To name a very few, we had so many great weekends at the pool, we had a ton of fun grilling out after the sun went down until late into the night (keeping up with Bob and Les was a skill!) and we solved almost all of the worlds problems over drinks!
    I respected Bob and called on him for advice more times than I can count. Whether it was business or men he not only gave me the best advice he always had a fabulous story that would end in “laughter to tears” which always made me feel so much better.
    To this day I occassionally run into mutual acquaintences and people ALWAYS ask me about Bob and Lesley.
    I am absolutely heartbroken and yet so warmed to see this wonderful golf tournament in his honor….Bob was such a truly wonderful guy and to this day when things come up, I often think, “What would Bob say about this?”
    For me, this quote says it all when I think of Bob (and Les)….
